Buena High School. I attended two events in Fall in the evening when there was no toilet paper in any of the bathroom stalls. One of the students said, "They are often out of toilet paper. After a year in this school, we can't afford for our children's education to suffer any more than it already has.
The solutions that the district is proposing to solve the money crisis do not address the cause of the issue. The state of Arizona needs to wake up and support education. The school district has less money because of a drop in enrollment. It has a drop in enrollment because of the terrible conditions. This spiral will continue until significant change happens.
Parent Review 2y ago. I have always dreaded when my children would get old enough to attend this school. It has been bad for many many years. Terrible teachers and staff. They are rude to the students and parents.
This school is run like a juvenile detention center and not a learning institution. There is no inspiration only discipline at this school. Good luck if you have a child who needs motivation as this is a school they will surely fail. What a joke. You are better off homeschooling your children if they need any sort of help as this school does not offer any. I will be giving 5 stars for parent involvement because that is what is needed for any student to pass this school.

Wish there were more night life activities. All the holiday parades and events at the park by the city. Resident 2y ago. No service on Sunday. But still, there is a shuttle service you can call but they're only in service until 8pm. That on is called Roadrunner. There is another one which will take you to the casinos, Tucson, airports and local destinations. You have to look around in order to find what you want and need.
Resident 3y ago. Just like any city, you got to know what your priorities are and what means the most to you in terms of size, weather, entertainment, culture, economy, etc. Great community pool. Still able to see a bit of grass. Walking distance to elementary school.
People are mostly friendly and it's very quiet. The city has almost no crime and overall safe for my kids. Gender Identity.
