Terminal connection is currently busy windows xp

I did connect pretty frequently to both of the servers yesterday. I will try what you said if I get the error again. Windows Server - Can't login to server - The requested operation cannot be completed because the terminal connection is currently busy processing a connection operation. Any ideas would be appreciated, I haven't found anything thus far, KC.

Users tab is blank, processes shows all the processes running, the server is working, email flowing, but I cannot login to it. I even changed group policy to set time limit for disconnected sessions and to terminate session when time limits are reached, but so far that has not worked either. I do not want to reboot the server during business hours, so what else can I try to get access back to this server?
